Deep democracy Level 4: Leadership from the Inside Out 

Embark on a three-day journey of deepening awareness and transformation. This is the ultimate training for serious (conversational) leaders. You will delve into the Lewis method, exploring what drives you, your talents, and how your patterns influence the group process. 

This training is a powerful invitation to self-reflection. You will develop meta-skills such as neutrality, learn to maintain mental presence in conflict situations, and gain insight into deeper psychological layers through the theories of Freud, Jung, Berne, Mindell, and others. In this way, you will learn to better guide not only the group but also yourself. 

With a balanced mix of theory, practice, and personal growth, this training provides a unique framework for transforming group tensions into connectedness and supported decisions. You will hone your skills in a safe setting with opportunities for introspection and action. 

Level 4 is the final part of the Deep Democracy series. Upon completion, you will receive the official Lewis Deep Democracy certificate.
